Strange Blue and White Caps.

Hi, I checked the guidelines for this section. What I have doesn't really fit, just wanted to see if anybody else had seen these. They're blue and white caps with a pinkish, stickyish, crystalline substance that smells sweet. I have no idea what it could be other than a RC or some rip off shit. Not really thinking the last one but you never know. Not taking them so you know, just after info. (Brisbane by the way)
 
It's against the guidelines and your aware of this so why post it?
Why not just go and by a tester? It's easier than waiting for an answer that will never come.
You can by testers from happy high herbs or online. It's safer and better in the long run.
 
No worries man, I was just wondering if anybody else has seen them before. Not after info of specifically what is in them. I checked the guidelines for the template and it didn't really fit. I would think this would help in harm reduction as I've never seen nor heard of this stuff before. Couldn't find anything on google either, hence my asking possible knowledgeable people.
