If mdma is dissolved in vodka for 6 months and then the liquid allowed to evaporate at room temperature over a few days, will the remaining powder be chemically different? Over a 6 month period is there likely to be any permanent chemical interaction between mdma and vodka?

Why dilute it ? It's pretty stable as it is in powder form, just keep it dry and it will be good for years.
It will not be chemically different and there would be no need to evaporate the alcohol off - just dose accordingly. You used to be able to buy MDMA that was already premixed with vodkas in shot glasses or test tubes (called 'Original 69').
If your going to mix then ensure that the bottle is correctly labeled so nobody else would mix it up and ingest
