Stimulant abuse

I'll take 100 mg of Adderall at 7 AM then 9 AM I'll swallow some small crystals of ice then at noon more ice and more around three and then a football to sleep every day how long can I keep this up am I doing damage to my heart

All I can say is you're probably doing harm to your body and brain. Try to cut back your usage.
