I'm not talking about your cliche classic down-at-heel back alley smack rat you can tell from twenty paces on looks alone. What's the more subtle ways that would clock a fellow opiate user to you ‐ ?
I got a few tells.
If you aren't underage yet go into an off-license and don't buy a single ale but a ton of chocolate bars, I got you pegged. Likewise if your kitchen contains an inordinate amount of Fruit 'n Fibre cereal or prunes when you never complain about digestive issues like that.
Going to the bathroom more often than usual and taking longer than usual, again without mentioning any specific problem.
Wearing long sleeves in sweltering summer heat while being conspicuously skinny.
