Hey guys, so I’ve been an IV heroin user (powder) on and off for about 7 years. I relapsed in March and have been using everyday since, so for about 9 months. Last night my nose started randomly gushing out… I guess the best way to describe it would be a bloody nose but brown dope water instead of blood. This has never happened to me before and it really freaked me out. This morning I’ve been coughing up brown mucus with black specs in it. Has anyone else had this happen??

Everything you're describing would be considered outside the norms of usage. The symptoms you're describing make me a little uncomfortable.
What I mean is that you should be seen by an actual medical doctor. This is beyond BL capabilities. Even if people threw out their opinions, you still wouldn't have what you're looking for: something definitive.
The only true relief in your mind will come when an actual doctor confirms you're okay.
