South Carolina police chief threatens man for posting on cannabis reform on Facebook

I use FB but it's not my real name, birthdate, and it's a dummy e-mail address. They could track my IP but they can't prove I'm the one posting.

As for the SC police chief, I think he is all bark and no bite. I realize the state of affairs in the U.S. is getting pretty bad, but arresting someone for what they said on facebook would for sure be a violation of the 1st Amendment.

He has to be all bark what proof does he have for any convictions. As americans we have every right to express how we feel about current laws.

Looks just like any other f.b. drama where mouths are run and theres nothing to follow.

From the looks of that picture he wants everybody to know just how tough he is.
