merck index says the free base is soluble in "alcohol, chloroform, acetic acid"... presumably it is like any other polar alkaloid. i know it is also soluble in diethyl ether, presumably this means it is sol. in acetonitrile, dichloromethane, et cetera, bet its soluble in DMF and DMSO too
hydrochloride and citrate salts should be water and somewhat alcohol soluble, insoluble in aprotic solvents, (HCl may dissolve in alcohol/dishloromethane mixtures if its like heroin)
if you need exact numbers thats gonna be an issue...
