Oh someone was telling me it’s actually that it has to have less than 2 percent of 7-OHM in relation to total alks. But I think what you said sounds more likely.

those 14/15mg pills going around weigh 750mg - 2% of 750 is 15

there are also some smaller 250mg pills going around that are supposed to contain 5mg each, but the most recent batch of this contain some RC opioid, they are in effect much stronger than the 14/15mg pills (but it's not 7-OH...)
