Smoked meth for 3rd time

I just smoked meth well drinking and I feel tired as fuck is that normal I do alot of cociane and I have adhd and autism and I feel like uppers kinda just level me out

Might be really stepped on idk..I personally couldn't sleep ever on it was a nightmare for me all night and then next night of coarse I was helping make it and knew it was gonna be potent.
