Meth smells like burning hair, turns black at the end

Someone who isn't me asked the person who brought it to them about it and they said that it was Annie and this was normal is that true and is there anything that can be done about it? SWIM tried filling the bag with lighter fluid and letting it dissolve but doesn't know if this is the only thing that they can do to save the batch, as they report it smells horrendous and tastes worse as they get closer and closer to the end of any bowl. Anybody seen this before? Please advise SWIM

Next, what drug are we talking about exactly? Meth? Is “Annie” in reference to the synthetic route used or just a slang term? The more descriptive you are the better we can help you.
