Heroin Smack and tooth decay

I know toothlessness is a feature or most junkies, but does it happen to everyone who smokes or is it like disease some are lucky and some ain't i just had a full line and as well as making me quite sick(not gonna have another one with this belly ache) just wondering, im gonna try make myself throw up and brush my teeth

Mostly the toothlessness of addicts has most to do with lifestyle ie hygiene neglect, poor diet and too much prolonged dry mouth.

If you take care of your teeth, eat well and stay hydrated then you don't have too much to worry about. Obviously the smoke vapors aren't great for the teeth but you aren't gonna become a toothless bum unless you start living like a junkie and neglecting oral hygiene.

The vomiting is probably worse for your teeth then the smoking is...
