Sleepy on Methylone?

I been looking through google, and could not find anything other than a very basic thread here on bluelight that didn't quite answer my question 100%.

My question is, if you feel sleepy on methylone does that mean your going to faint rather than wanting to sleep? Maybe from Hyperthermia? My head was sweating and felt veryy hot. Haha not good, hopefully not that dangerous. I'm fine now, and if I die out of no where, well... it was ment to be..

Um... I don't think you were about to faint. More like just tired and wanting to sleep. Because it's pretty common to feel sleepy on bk-MDMA and the other empathogenes in the same class.
Don't worry, you're not going to faint or die from hyperthermia if you just take a little care of your body and drink lots of water.

Maybe don't take that much if you get anxiety and such a hot dome.
