friend of a friend has someone of these coming and ive read there 300 mg but cant find much info on them. anyone ever try them? is half a good starting dose with these?

In my experience they are 250, but at that level you still lucked the f-ck out. Been a while since anything that gold has rolled through my area. Profit over quality I guess. @ Still I can grab good quality gel caps though lol. Enjoy dude, I know you will! :D:D
