Yeah gear does make you rush. A little too much is very uncomfortable.

Sitting in a luke warm shower helps if its cold where you are. If its warm then the coldest you can stand.

Dont redose obviously.

Keep calm and make sure your temperature stays normal.

If you feel you need help call a mate to help you get medical assistance if you are hesitant to do so yourself.

Since you could post here you'll most likely be okay. Just keep your temp from going high and keep up fluids and if your heart races call for help.

Thanks the cold shower really helped. I forgot to add that it was cold outside i had my ac up as high as possible and my temperature aa low as possible and was sweatting like a marthon runner. I stopped sweating so much and my cheast pains werre reduced after the ice shower. I wonder how bad i smelled
