Someone just started on escitalopram 10mg 4 days ago, and is planning to attend a party in a week. All his friends participating are planning to roll on MDMA and he is wondering if he could stop taking escitalopram now and get a reasonable and safe effect out of MDMA? And should he start up on escialopram right after the trip or wait for a few days? He is diagnosed with a moderate depression and is able to function to a certain degree without the SSRI.
He also wonders if cocaine could be used instead?
