She

She's got green diamond eyes,
the most beautiful gems that money
could not buy. She smells of
musky perfume, sex, and cheap wine,
she is just divine. She looks
at you with those eyes and cells
furiously build butterflies in
your heart. She talks of pain,
anguish and periods of insanity,
and it sounds good. She kisses
with a soul powered engine, slow
and delicate - just right. She
sometimes cries, in the dead of
night. Frightened by the shadows,
that crawl around her bed. She
loved a man, once upon a time, and
he fought the shadows away, like
a warrior and saviour, arrived
just in time. She wonders where he
is now and how he passes the time.
And sighs.
