Sex drive lost, days/weeks after mdma uses?

So everytime i take mdma my sex drive is dropped considerably, like to the point of not wanting sex or masturbating at all, so pretty much no desire. Sometimes it lasts just a few days afterwards, but a couple times its been as long as 2-3weeks. it does always ends up going back up within that givin time though to me wanting it 24/7.. Any reasons why this is? Is setotonin related to this? Or does mdma possibly drop testosterone levels?
