Are you on about an sterile injectable solution of morphine in an ampoules/vial with saline water aka a small amount of sodium chloride dissolved in the water?

If so why are you wanting to separate the morphine from it?

I'm actually not sure if this is something we're going to allow. It's not really synthesis per se. I am gonna move it over to our advanced section. There are people over there with more knowledge on the subject than myself. They might close it though. I hope you're able to figure it out.

Add calcium hydroxide - calcium morphinate will drop out.

It's an extraction so that part flies, but no asking questions about acetylating your morphine, sorry.

Why do you need to seperate the two?

Also, don't bother to try acetylating morphine with anything except acetic anhydride or acetyl chloride. You aren't going to do it with vinegar or even glacial acetic acid.

In fact, if separation of morphine sulfate from salt is stumping you, chemicals do not belong in your hands, and you need to go back to hitting the books.
