Saftey Of Kratom and Kava?

I meant 1 teaspoon is 2 grams almost exactly. This is always the case for me when I weigh. I always use level teaspoons because a heaped teaspoon is less accurate. If I scoop up powder and level it off with my finger, it's 2 grams.
 
One leveled tablespoon is approx 4 grams in my experience 🙂 I'm jealous of you guys getting effects from less than five grams. I never got sick from kratom up to at least 20g but I remain with 10, somehow it has a ceiling effect above that.
