Safe to take Ayuhasca(Syrian Rue + MHRB Tea) while on Methadone?

Title says it. I've searched far & wide w/ very little results, only a few incomplete trip reports were found. If I've missed sum type of definitive guide answering this I apologize ahead of time.

Sum details. I'm experienced w/ psychs & I'm tolerant to my daily dose of methadone(60mgs). I have taken much L, Fungus, Deemsters(freebase smoke) while on MMT... all w/ great success. It's the MAOI that I'm concerned w/ due to methadones NMDA activity, as well as purported SSR(N)I activity.

Any 1st hand experiences?

Don't do it.
Some opiods like morphine and oxycodone haven't been linked with MAOI induced serotonin toxicity but methadone certainy has.

"The phenylpiperidine series opioids, pethidine (meperidine), tramadol, methadone and dextromethorphan and propoxyphene, appear to be weak serotonin re-uptake inhibitors and have all been involved in serotonin toxicity reactions with MAOIs (including some fatalities)"
