I was somewhat recently prescribed Roxis 7mg. It says to take one every 4 hours. How many are safe to take in one day before it leads to possible overdose?

It would be hard to say without knowing your tolerance if you would be in danger for overdosing. Does this formulation contain acetaminophen as well? It would be advisable to follow the prescriber's instructions and see how you feel after your first dose. I wouldn't take more than two doses at once if this medication is new to you.
