Recovering from mumps and planning on rolling tonight.

I've had mumps for 9-10 days now and most symptoms are completely gone now. Swelling is not completely gone but it's not noticeable anymore. Basically all that's wrong with me now is that I feel quite fatigued and my salva glands are blocked meaning my mouth is completely dry! So I plan on taking 2 pills tonight at a house concert. Will anything bad happen besides me being extra fatigued tomorrow?
