Recently bought speed but it came as a sort of damp crumbly rock. Drying methods?

Hi all,

I recently bought some speed and it came as a slightly damp crumbly rock,

Does anyone have any experience in drying it out fully into a dry powder?

Cause if I dont dry it fully some of the chemicals that act sorta like binders may stick in my nose and cause damage or just waste it

Any methods would be much appreciated

Maybe put it on some paper towels under a lamp.
