Receiving online threat/stalker, says they have my IP Address, can they find me?

I'm being stalked/harassed by a mentally ill woman that's a troll who claims she is part of the group anon. and that she has my IP address. Subject says it all.

I have blocked her, told her how she's full of shit, and changed all my personal info what else should I do?

I've had a 3 stalkers where I had to change my number. One called me for like 7 months after one night had me thinking "is this bitch pregnant or something?"

Use a burner phone fake name burner FB with any new girk and you'll be able to be left alone if she's crazy.

I maintain 3 phones right now (one under my name my "official" phone 2 burners for different burners) it's a pain in the ass but that's the cost of living in the USSA.

Even if they have your IP address they can't do much with that info. Plus, if they were really involved in anonymous they would not tell you this or tell you who they are, and they are just empty threats by trolls/mentally ill people.
