I really want to shrink my penis to around 2 inches or to a sim size, does anyone know any good methods? I have been researching the use of feminizing hormones but would have to pretend to be trangener to my doc to get them.

If you are serious about this you might want to think of taking androgen antagonists. These will kill your libido, and may cause some shrinkage. Unfortunately estrogens will not shrink your penis, but will almost certainly stimulate breast growth. Having a good size penis is an advantage for transsexuals because it means there is more material to make a new vagina from.
