Reaction 20 hours after missed shooting meth

I missed when shooting meth and 20 hours later I am having a reaction. I noticed pain bruising and the area above has turned bright red. Why would this happen so long after and what can I do for treatment?
 
Yes .. you need to see a doctor. If it's just a painful lump then you can likely avoid ER if you get straight to a doctor on monday morning and wait till your seen. If fever or restlessness, or severe discoloration start to appear (basically if you have any trouble sleeping unsedated) I'm afraid you need ER. I've known people lose limbs to infections so take it very seriously.
