Benzos RC benzo with shortest duration-of-action? (for sleep)

which one would it be? i've used benzos mostly as a sleep aid in the past and i don't want to be still high the next morning if i take too much or too late. Benzo's delusion of sobriety is no fucking joke. I almost got into trouble at work because of etizolam and this comes from a guy who has strong self-control and have always been able to act fairly sober on other drugs.

Yeah that's why i said RC benzo. There's not much data on some of them and i find tripsit wiki info can be inaccurate sometimes, for me at least.
