Rationing methadone. Need to stop throwing up asap from w/ds.

Hey guys. Advice please?

I'm on day 5 of no heroin. I've had 50 mls of methadone to get me through, about 10 ml remaining.

I've only had minor w/ds, so it's been pretty easy till now. This morning I stupidly had a cup of tea and then started drinking coffee. Apparently, my body can't handle caffeine as I immediately felt nauseous and sick. I can't stop throwing up now.

I need to be well in 3 hours for an interview. I've taken a tiny sip of methadone, but it hasn't helped much. Should I knock it all back?

Also, will I get w/ds from the methadone? I've been using it Monday- Friday for the last 2 months. If so, I can get 80ml of methadone on Monday. Would that be enough for me to taper off? How should I got about dosing it?

Nevermind. I'm getting a script on the 7th now. Just have to sort something till then.
