The experience will be subjective from person to person based on their personal chemistry and how they break down/digest the drug....

However, coming from someone who was prescribed both for years....I can tell you right off the bat without answering every single point you listed that i prefer vyvanse hands down over adderall.

Smoother, less jittery, longer lasting, slightly more euphoric, less harsh of a comedown. However, even though doctors state that vyvanse has less potential for abuse I found it just as addicting and hard to put down as adderall.

I'm not sure what topirmate is but if you do have klonipin I wouldn't take it until long after the main effects of the vyvanse have worn off.
