Misc Quitting cigarettes

Apart from the anti cough properties, are they able to reduce the cravings?
 
not for me, definitely work for some people.

although they seem to get dependent on the lozenges..
 
I've seen a lot more people become fiends for the gum and the patches than anything else, although they are the most available. Lozenges are pretty rare don't see em that often.
In jail everyone fiends for the gum they're worth alot of protein packs lol. (Canadian prisons don't allow smoking)
