Hey guys (gday mates):

I am headed to SE Asia on a wild trip with a bunch of my buddies. We arnt going to do that many drugs but when in Cambodia we might cut loose for a night. We are not even going to fuck around with drugs in any other country. Ethanol is all of our drug of choice but "when in rome (Cambodia)"

I am not asking for any sources or anything against the BLUA, rather I am seeking some advice about staying safe.

From what I have read it appears that the "coke" is heroin and really damn strong heroin. For a big guy 95 kilos who has little to no opiate tolerance/experience, what would be a good starter dose without ruining my vacation. I know the medical care is absolute shit over there, I just want to have fun but stay out of trouble.

Also, is it inherently dangerous buying it on the street in PP? Last time I was in PP, I didnt do any drugs but I remember going through lakeside and hearing semi automatic rifle fire. I would consider myself to have rather decent street smarts and I have purchased drugs on the street before. I just don't like putting myself in situations that can quickly spiral out of control.

I have no problem sticking to beer lao if there is chance that I take one bump and OD pulp fiction style or some asshole shoots me over 5 bucks. But I have heard the legends and want to live it up when im over there.

Any advice or anecdotes would be much appreciated.

5-10mg would be a good starting dose if using via nose. Gauge the strength n have another 5mg if you feel you need it.

If its your first time using be ready for some nausia, it is rather common to have a yack.
 
^ Ive never bought heroin in any Asian countries but I am seriously considering it, Ive heard Cambodia is one of the safer countries for a drug holiday, has that been your experience? also what is the purity like?
 
I was in Cambodia in 2008 so probably a lot has changed.

Compared to its neighbours, Cambodia is a safer place to do drugs. However, that is not to say that busts and set ups don't occur and it may cost you a lot more to get out of than you think.

I know that in the major tourist areas, weed, ice, yaba (like ice in a pill), opium and smack where available. It really is not hard to find as most of the time you will have persistent and quite annoying dealers approaching you. Plus you can buy weed and sometimes stronger things from many guesthouses and bars.

I've never used heroin so I can't be sure on dosages. Just be very careful as the purity will be high plus if you OD the chances of you getting an ambulance or medical care in time are pretty slim.

Valium is available OTC.
 
I stayed at a casino in sihanoukville. You can get pretty much most things there. It is dirt cheap.
 
The best heroin can be bought in Laos on average. Cambodian is very strong too, think 80-90%. Don't mix it with anythin(booze or benzos)and it's not that easy to die off of (contrary to popular belief). Perhaps start with an 1/8 of your small pinky finger nail size of a bump and keep on doing more of the same each 15 minutes until you are where you want to be. Kept me safe every single time. Then on the second day, you can take a larger dose you know you'll handle and get a bit of a rush of it. (I am assuming you are snorting...same holds for smoking)

Keep some red bulls on hand if you ever feel it's getting too much and you can always slap yourself to wake yourself up. (only had to do this once when I took a bit too much)

Now if you're IVing you should bring scales as it's a totally different game. Start with 5-10mgs.
 
In terms of getting in trouble with the law or crazy dealers ect you don't have much to worry about in PP or S. Cambodia is pretty tame as is Laos especially and Vietnam a little less so than Cambodia and Laos. The heroin comes from Laos, Burma or Northern Thailand. It may be slightly stepped on by Cambodia but be warned. Smack in these places is not to be approached without real caution. It is very strong.
I did not do heroin in Cambodia but it was everywhere. I did however do a bit in Vientiane. There's a few rooftop bars for tourists there that are very easy hookup points. I had done heroin and lots of Oxy then to Methadone and Suboxone before I left for there so my tolerance was high for a novice. Never banged it though.
Ended up chasing the dragon for the first time one night there after 6-7 beer Laos. Was ok initially but after about half an hour I had to be carried by a took took driver into my hotel and spent the rest of the night in recovery position throwing up at least 15 times. Not fun. Don't mix, start small and you'll probably be fine.
 
When I was in PP, I was offered coke, heroin, hash, meth, almost all within a few blocks of my hostel. I was offered smack at the water front right by the fucking palace! My fear about accepting such offers was that they were plain clothed police trying to trick me. I managed to find a secure hash connection through another foreigner at the hostel who had been staying there for a couple of weeks and already took the risk.

IMO the risk of getting caught is just not worth it. Yes Cambodia is comparably less radical but they are still generally hardcore about punishing drug users and traffickers in SE Asia, and they won't give a toss if you're a foreigner or a local either. If you're caught you might get lucky and the officer is corrupt and will let you bribe your way out of it, but the cost will be steep and it might not be money that he wants. Just saying.

Be careful and don't let your guard down no matter what great stories other foreigners tell you.

Definitely, it is a huge risk you are taking if you buy off the street, or anywhere really in SE Asia. It's a risk that I'm not willing to take, even in Koh Pang Yang, described as "oh, you want sex drugs and rock n' roll?" island by our tuk tuk driver, it was just too much of a risk for me.
 
Yeah this is my fear, them making an example of out of a pasty skinned Aussie clown.

Christ its 2013, surely by now there should be a patch of land near us that us law abiding cunts can go to shoot the worlds best heroin without of the fear of a firing squad or some shit.

Well Koh Pha Ngan is a well known bust and the last place I would consider getting on the gear, for years all the dedicated users have headed elsewhere and left the drugs on those islands to thonged hordes of shirtless fuckwits who don't know better, no offence BTW.

I'm not going to give you any advice on where to score I'm sick of irresponsible tourists ruining it for the good honest ones , although I can tell you that the H mecca that was the lakeside is gone, along with the lake, which is at least as of a few months ago sadly a large sandy field, only a couple of GH remain and I would recommend you to at least pay them a visit and buy a beer lao or 3 since they are really struggling, accoms are dirt cheap as well , everywhere else in cambodia rising steadily over the years , $2 rooms can still be had there. show some love and you will be looked after far better than the dodgy shit show that is downtown PP. PP pharmacists are some of the strictest in the country, strict being a relative term in cambodia.

Snoukville is the same , much better white than PP in recent years , bit more spendy but makes up in quality, do some talking and take a long tuktuk to a further beach don't get sucked into a quick deal then and there and haggle but not so much that they dont want to do repeat business with you . far less yaba about these days but ice is all over cambodia now it's mostly awesome quality , but try not to deal with anyone who's looks like they like the pipe too much , recipe for disaster .

I don't care what anyone says #4 does NOT chase well at all ( and no it's not my technique I spent years making BTH run on foil like carl lewis) better off doing SMALL bumps 15 mins apart till you get where you need to be.

Good luck , be careful , personally I've never had any problems and as you say when in rome but if you've not got enough mana to buy your drugs off a stranger on the street in a dangerous 3rd world country then you should stay the fuck out of Cambodia and stop driving up the prices and turning it into another Phuket or Bali .

Sorry I just need to add, scoring some of the worlds best heroin safely in Cambodia is a piece of piss , you would have to be a blatant retard to get caught, use your brain and figure out how to be smarter than an illiterate drug dealing tuk tuk driver with 2 years of education and you will avoid entrapment , stings and ripoffs. really a lot of this is drug buying 101 and common practice for many heroin users in north america and europe.
I hope people are as cautious when scoring at home what with all the comms surveillance these days

Yeah, imagine if some island was designated as the 'go fucking nuts on the worlds best drugs' nation, a country that gets close to all of its revenue from drug tourism. Maybe before you flew there you signed some form saying you accept full responsibility if you OD.
 
I've lived in Cambodia on and off for a couple years (including the past eight months), and as far as getting busted goes, it simply doesn't happen to foreigners over simple possession unless they are being blatant. Don't take that as an excuse to not be discreet, because you need to use common sense, but I've never once heard of a plainclothes police officer setting up a foreigner. The reason is simple– the authorities are in on the drug trade, and realise that there is more money to be made selling tourists drugs than busting them and demanding bribes.

As far as the heroin as cocaine goes, you're quite right. It's not hard to check the difference–stick a little bit in your gum to see if it goes numb, then take a tiny bump just to be safe. Although as a general rule, you'll have a hard time finding real cocaine from a random tuk-tuk driver, although it does exist.

And yeah, the lakeside has been demolished for development, but the drugs are all still around.

Came back from Cambodia a week ago, been there a month, mostly in Phnom Penh. Drugs are easier to obtain there than food after 3am. Had more than a fair share of China White, 'ice' also. Yes, quality is high, really pure, but incomparable to stuff u can cop in the other part of Asia - Pakistan, India, even Nepal, and - the best for this certain narcotic - Afghanistan. And I didn't like accidentally bumped onto someone who could arrange me dope, but I have frnds who live there for quite a while, which are experienced drugaddicts. Be careful about the quantity, usually they will give you a smaller amount than it should be, cuz its quite more lucrtaive to them to make two bags out of one. Once or twice they sold me half a gram as a gram.
Personally i think that this is one of the safest countries in the world to get quality high, and if u get busted, u are either a jinx and totally out of karmic luck, or a complete moron who asked for it by behaving as a typically western-like (usually American, but Europeans also tend to be like that too) unleashed dog.
 
and just dont forget this: when u go to another country, please respect their culture, way of behavior and rules. wherever u are, if u have decency in yourself and if you really have any respect for the country you visit (if you dont, than dont visit it), you can do whatever you want, and you will have a tremendous time, with no chance of getting busted, beaten, killed, robbed... the problems occur with stupid, dickhead tourists who go to a place like cambodia from their midtown boring, square and monotonous habitats, after 6 months of asslicking their boss who doesnt want to promote them, and do everything they cant do in the place they originate from, without any sense of decency and moral.
