So my arms and head have been aching all day but I don’t have any ibuprofen or else I would take that and the thing that is really grossing me out is this mucus stuff coming out of my nose it’s like a yellow green and I know everybody says to drink water but I just can’t bring myself to really eat or drink anything else but I will drink coffee
 
It sounds like you might have sinusitis and/or an upper respiratory infection. I would see a doctor if your symptoms are bothering you enough. However, if it's just your head/sinuses bothering you, you can probably get by on OTC cold meds. I don't know what to tell you about the fluids besides to drink them. If your stomaches is bothering you, something with ginger can help.

However, this isn't appropriate for OD. We field harm reduction questions related to drug use.
