Question about the "other drugs" focus forum

I read the description and advice under the "other drugs" category, and from reading it, I decided that the question I want to pose to start a discussion seems more fit for N&PD. Unfortunately, I don't know how to use it or even what it is. So I would like to know exactly what N&PD is and how to use it. Thank you
