Question about meth after effects

I snorted ice for the first time and had a lot of anxiety and even panic attacks at times I used for about 2 days and decided that it was not for me It has been 24 hours since I used and still feel real anxious and some panic feelings.Is this pretty normal? Will it most likely go away after a few days? Any information would help. Thanks

Thanks for the info. I used to have terrible panic attacks when I was younger and when they started again after trying meth I was very worried they would come back full time again. And actually it's been 48 hours but I did read it was a common after effect so I was hopeful they were back from me stupidity trying meth
