Psychedelics and NDE's

Can a psychedelic trip even begin to compare to NDE's?
The spiritual insight seem vastly different, to say it at least.
Maybe, with psychedelics, our senses are heightened to the point where we are able to tap into the beyond, despite of not leaving out bodies?

I have no idea? Unless you take a large dose of LSD like at least 250ug or a large dose of Psilocybin mushroom/truffles at 5-6 grams you will not have an out of body experience, or be able to really view yourself from outside of yourself.

It is also possible to do this via lucid dreaming or what is said to be astral projection but it is different than tripping on a high dose of acid or shrooms.
