I had this symptom. The cause was heart burn and the symptom resolved with the oral consumption of calcium carbonate ~500mg.
On multiple occasions with various psychedelics I experienced intermittent chest pain subsiding over several days. I had these feelings mostly immediately after coming down. On all occasions my blood pressure was normal, my pulse was slightly elevated (<20%), and my temperature was slightly elevated (<1F).
The pain usually radiated left of my sternum. On occasion the dull felling was felt in my shoulders, other parts of chest, and back.
The pain wasn't exacerbated significantly with physical activity.

Sufficient calcium carbonate is in Tums, many multivitamins, and most calcium supplements.
