Misc Prozac effect on amphetamines?

Hi, am going to dose meth on Friday. I just started prozac yesterday though, and am wondering how it would interact. Seems to be conflicting information on if it would potentiate or dull the effects? Thanks.
 
Prozac may be a strong inhibitor of p450 cyp2d6 which may be the primary enzyme amphetamines are substrates for. This could lead to elevated levels of amphetamine, reduced clearance, and longer duration than expected.
 
Not prozac but i have used amphetamine while taking paxil (paroxetine) and it greatly increased the effects. It about doubled the duration, probably because of its strong cyp2d6 inhibiting properties. So if you do take amphetamine and prozac i would try taking half your usual amp dose for a day and see how you feel.
