Problems with threads

These threads aren't working, it's like every time i try and thread it doesn't work out right, whether it be because of user issues or mod issues, besides they aren't taking care of the thread right, it's like every time i post a thread it is not being taken care of and if i delete it it comes back, if i dont delete it it gets closed, i am confused as to the intentions of these people. Just trying to contribute interesting conversation in some sections and these are the issues

what does "every time i try and thread it doesn't work out right" mean?

in the context of "every time i post a thread it is not being taken care of" define "being taken care of"?

regarding "if i delete it it comes back, if i dont delete it it gets closed" can you give me links to a couple of examples of each. thanks.
