Hello, I'm trying to reply to a PM but keep getting a "you may only post one reply ever 180 minutes" error. Is this a standard thing for BL or is it because i'm still on GL status at the moment?

It is because you are a bluefighter, once you get 50 posts you have more PM storage space and can send more often.
