so grandpa died and we all got letter from a lawyer saying all the properties that are being sold and the money and how it will be divided up umong family... in the will it says that any of the people listed in it will forfeit their share of the money if they use meth within 2 years of death.... how can they enforce that? there are no specifics, i figure i can get my own lawyer and go do a drug test myself now so that i have that result and have my lawyer say here are the test results and my client doesnt have to test again.... im not sure, also been on it over 10 years just kinda not sure what im looing at
any help appreciated
