Hey guys. I know this isnt mdma, but you guys are the one that can only help. So.. Swim needs a little help. He's gotten a few grams of alprazolam, and has a gallon of propylene glycol and has been dosing 1 ml per 1mg. But is getting into the pressing, bought just a simple hand held Press for $125, and a mold for another $125, along with Microcrystalline Cellulose mixture from a pill press club. So the main question is.. how to evenly disperse the alpraz evenly. Should make the PG / alpraz mixture and let it soak into the powder some how (if so how do I do It so it's evenly dispersed)? If just cut the powder with micro amounts of alpraz that can't be even because you wouldn't be able to split the bars in half obviously.. in need of desperate noon help. Any advice is welcome!!!

if it's not about selling alprazolam as ecstasy, then why go through the process of pressing it into a pill at all? alprazolam tablets are easily available and if you prefer powder, then you can easily weigh every dose (or even put it into capsules).

but to answer your question: if making your granulate by hand it is essential to draw samples and analyse them (for instance with a photometer if that's applicable for your substance) to see if your mixture is uniform, especially when handling substances that are active in such minute doses as alprazolam. the mixing is usually done with specialised machines, and for a good reason. even if you work lege artis and are diligent you're not going to get a result that's comparable.
besides that, it takes a lot of work (and substance) to get the tablets to the exact concentration and hardness you want. if you make too many compromises you'll end up with an inconsistent, shitty product (you're most likely better off just weighing the doses or filling it into caps). there's a reason that tablets are only made by the pharmaceutical industry, not even in pharmacies.

He is quite right about sampling testing, and also another tip if this isn't about selling alprazolam as fake MDxx, then use a ball mill to intimately mix the pre-pressed pill mass.

Sorry guys this wasn't about ecstacy pills, I just assumed you guys were the ones to talk to about pill pressing. Swim has access to a pharmaceutical grade press, was just wondering if mixing the powder would be best or making liquid and mixing it with press powder to make the pills

It's actually to press into bars for personal use just for simplicity, and swim likes the idea of bars instead of capsules.. would a ball mill evenly disperse 100 mg in 10g (spit balling on the pill powder weight)?

bluelight is not here to help dealers market their product so we're generally cautious and try to avoid topics that could be used in this way.

generally dry pressing is preferred if it's possible (and it is here). but really i think the process is much more complicated than you expect. even if you have a powder which is perfectly mixed, you need to granulate your mixture (most substances cannot be tabletted without granulation. and even if it's possible pressing powders often leads to capping i.e. the top/bottom of your tablet coming off due to air pockets forming), then you need play around with the amounts of the substances you'll have to add to get the mixture flowing nicely (otherwise you get extremely uneven dosages) or to prevent it sticking to the punches (potentially leading to damage to your tablet press). you need to control the moisture of your granulate, otherwise you'll again get capping. you need to control the sizes of the particles of your granulate, you need to control for the powder proportion of powder in your granulate, etc...

if you do all these things you waste a lot of material getting your parameters right and have to invest a lot of work. if you don't, you're almost guaranteed to end up with low quality tablets with uneven dosages that most likely fall apart as soon as they leave the tablet press.
