About 2ish days ago I did a shot at the base of my hand and everything seemed to be fine. Registered 2x or 3x . No signs or symptoms of anything bad til now.
Like most meth binges I don't think I drank much water or ate much during the high.
I just got some reverse osmosis h20 , 52oz of strawberry blueberry lemonade, milk oatmeal etc.
Should I hydrate, eat, sleep, and reassess after sleeping?
God im so sorry for being so unable to stop this obviously self destructive behavior. I need to get my shift together and stop playing the role of the victim
