Opioids Poppy Seed Tea Question

Hi all! I apologize if this type of question doesn't belong in this area, I'm new here so if thats the case just tell me where something like this would go, thx!

Anyways, I'm going to an event this weekend but I'll be out of the house until right before I leave and I have some seeds and was planning on taking some tea with me.

If I make the tea and put it in the fridge for a couple days (really about 40 hours), will it keep and stay fresh?

It should be fine. Add some lemon juice when you make it, the citric acid will help keep it fresh.

I don't have any lemon juice so will it still be good without?

It can actually go moldy. Try adding a splash of vodka... Not even a shot, but like a tablespoon worth. That should help preserve it.
