I let someone shoot me up for the first time. Adderall. Well I didn't really feel any affects and it's been couple days and there is still a big knot red and very sore spot. Is this normal will it go away

playing Russian roulette letting someone inject you, not just injecting you wrong but was the needle clean?
even exp IV users have complications
either it was a real low dose or it wasnt adderall at all
since its been a few days i would seek medical attention ASAP you are risking getting blood clots, infections among other scary shit that i wont mention
not trying to freak you out but again get that medically checked out ASAP

Yes the needle was clean. And I've taken the same adderall before so I know that was what it was. Someone said she probably went through the vein into the muscle. No streaks just red and gumball size

Injecting pills can cause all sorts of problems, as deos pointed out. Yes, you should get this checked if it doesn't resolve on it's own. I'm directing you to this thread so you have a better idea what you may be dealing with:
