*PLEASE HELP* Needing Tips On PROPERLY Cleaning/Disinfecting Syringes?

First, how effective is boiling a syringe to sterilze it? And how long should I boil it for (im thinking i'll boil it for around 15-20 minutes). Can I use any chemical when I boil it and if so which one(s) should I use? Second, what all chemicals and/or solutions should I use to properly clean and sterlize my syringes? And last please feel free to share ANY and ALL tips/advice that you can that will help me clean and sterlize my syringes as effectively as I possibly can.

100*C temperatures may sterilise syringes but they will not keep the needle sharp, which will result in declining puncture ability. You need to visit a needle exchange or buy more clean, fresh needles from the internet instead of re-using them.
