Please help! Cocaethylene poisoming

Hi guys.

Im new and really just signed up for advice.
I took about 3 quaters of a gram of coke, and drank with it.

I am not a coke user, and this is only the second time in my life I took it. I started about 9pm and stopped about 2am. It was all good til about 5am and my heart wouldnt stop. Then I started tingling all over. Now that seems to have stopped but I am clammy and cold, but have a temperature, kidney ache, mega shakes.

Do I need the hospital? Im freaking out I might die. When will this wear off and is it safe to sleep?

If you stopped at 2am you should not be feeling it at 5am. I think you have either cut coke or some other completely different drug.

If you are worried about your heartrate go to the hospital. No one can diagnose you online. I dont think you are ODing but you may be experiencing a reaction to whatever you took. Good luck.
