We have neighbors who are heavy drug users -meth and/cocaine and most likely dealers. Seems they have drugs stashed in secret compartments in the apartment. They've been disruptive to our lives. They harass us, they barely sleep and make noise and a lot smell of drugs comes from their apartment. We have a child living with us. If anyone can suggest how can we deal with this situation. They ignore our communication and continue.

Don't try to directly communicate with disruptive people in your apartment complex. That's actually advice I was given to by the manager of an apartment complex I lived in before who had a real good head on his shoulders. If there is a problem with these people, either contact your manager (especially relevant if there ARE indeed drugs being stored in hidden compartments in the building) or call the police. If any of the things you're saying are true, then not only would their actions be violations of pretty much any lease, but they would also be against the law.

Also, it's unlikely they'd cause any troubles for your kid specifically. So just contact whichever of the two parties (manager or police) you feel more comfortable with and don't worry yourself about it.
