Ive been eating and snorting ice pills for 3 days (no sleep). Just arrived at my destination and am concerned medical help is far very remotrE. Cannot stop breathing very slow and very loud and deep. Few shivers, light headed, very lucid, have drank and eaten. Waalking outside seems to help. Trying to sleep makes worst
Sweaty hands.vet.
Took old xanax bloaters. Dont know quality
Also have alcool
Is this symptom hrart attack
