Human health is an important aspect of life and has a great impact on each person's quality of life. Here are some important aspects of human health:

Physical Health:

Physical health refers to the state of a person's body, including factors such as weight, height, strength, mobility, and muscle and bone condition.
Mental Health:

Mental health refers to a person's mental state, including aspects such as mood, spirit, emotions, ability to manage stress and level of self-understanding.
Balance:

Health includes balance between physical and mental. A good state of health requires that both of these aspects be taken care of and maintained.
Nutrition:

Nutrition is an important factor in human health. A balanced and nutritious diet helps maintain physical and mental health.
Exercise and Physical Activity:

Regular exercise and physical activity strengthens the body, improves strength, trains the heart and lungs, and reduces the risk of diseases.
Regular Health Check-ups:

Regular checkups are an important way to detect potential health problems early and treat them before they get worse.
Rest and Relaxation time:

Providing time for the body and mind to rest and relax is important for reducing stress and maintaining mental health.
Stress Management:

Stress can negatively affect both physical and mental health. Managing stress using methods like meditation, yoga, or even counseling can help improve your health.
Adequate Sleep:

Getting enough sleep is important to restore the body and mind. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue, stress, and affect your health.
Limit Substance Use and Social Connections:

Judicious use of substances such as alcohol and tobacco, along with maintaining healthy social relationships, can help maintain good health.
Human health requires constant consideration and attention in both physical and mental aspects. How to maintain and improve health can vary depending on each person's personal goals and condition.

Sleep is more myth.

I had confusions sometimes because I had more than 10hrs versus 6hrs or over-worked but sleep because is part of homosapiens condition.

some like a bit of my brain hunted like a bunny. And all this because of sleep.

I belive the sleep festival that gets promoted nowadays versus a simple conversation and expending your knowledge backpack is necessary for evolution of the calculated dystopia we live in. Inflation, a lot of less kids born because of Terra's resources and so on therefore I think a balance between a quality lifestyle and "sleep" is the key here not a simple lie to put your head down at night.

Sleep is more myth.
I would think this (sleep and how much) would be just as necessary to the individual as everything else mentioned. Agreed that too much of anything can be harmful.

Are you a student or will this just be a one off? Interested.
Welcome to BL and thanks for the contribution.

Absolutely! Health is the ultimate wealth. I've learned the hard way how neglecting one aspect can impact the other. Taking antidepressants makes it simpler to fight depression, and I don't think lexapro makes me tired; balancing nutrition and exercise helps me to get through. Regular check-ups and self-care are game-changers. And oh, that elusive good night's sleep – a true health booster!
