Phenytoin phenibut

Recently been put on 300-400mg daily of phenytoin due to a car crash involving a seizure.
And today I've been thrown back to work too soon, arvo shift too, all on my lonesome.
Anxiety is reaping through me like nothing else.
I have 500mg of phenibut. Tempted to use, but worried about interactions.
In the hospital it seemed fine to take Diaz, but I realised phenobarbital is alot different, in terms of mechanics.
Any help asap would be good. Feeling like shit, lost my licence due to seizureing whilst driving. Depressing when your work is 15km away ;(
